Thanks, but as the zoom app not opening on laptop all show, there's no feedback from ZOOM and the only one suggestion is a virtual machine, which is just nuts. Creating a new user account on the Windows machine worked for us. When we logged in as the new user, Zoom worked fine. It would seem to me two things are opsning. The Zoom programmers have caught the error thrown by windows and wrapped it with their own message, but do not know how to resolve the issue, thus the suggestion in the message to move to a browser.
